VICE PRESIDENT

Ashley Turner is a sports and lifestyle executive with more than 15 years of experience spanning professional sports, higher education, and private membership organizations. She currently serves as General Manager of Hamlin House, a high-end, members-only paddle and social club, where she oversees operations, brand strategy, membership growth, and guest experience. Ashley also serves as President of the Orlando Squeeze, providing strategic leadership across business operations and partnerships. Known for her people-first leadership style, she is passionate about building high-performing organizations rooted in community, excellence, and long-term value.

Previously, Ashley held leadership roles with the University of Central Florida, including the DeVos Sport Business Management Program, and worked with professional sports organizations such as the Orlando Magic and Madison Square Garden.

Turner received her M.B.A and a Masters in Sports Management from the DeVos Sport Business program at the University of Central Florida. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in communication from SUNY Buffalo, where she was a captain on the women’s soccer team.

PRESIDENT

Kelly Day is the Operations Proprietor at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex at Walt Disney World, where she leads a team of 12 managers and 300+ Cast Members who execute professional, collegiate, and amateur events. In Kelly’s time at ESPN WWOS, she has been involved in the successful operational planning and execution of The Invictus Games, Pro Bowl, Atlanta Braves Spring Training, Orlando Invitational DI Basketball Tournament, runDisney events and all national championship tournaments that ESPN WWOS hosts annually. She has been with the Walt Disney Company for 13 years.

Day received her Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of Saint Mary where she played basketball for four years and was eventually inducted into the Athletic Hall of Fame in 2011.  Kelly continued her education with a Masters in Sports Management from Western Illinois University.

In her spare time, Day enjoys staying active at the gym and playing with her two young nieces. She is also the proud dog mom of a precious beagle, Luke. 



SECRETARY

Jennifer Lastik joined GO Sports in 2007 and is originally from Pittsburgh, PA. She earned a B.S. in Sport Management from Slippery Rock University and an M.S. in Sport Management from West Virginia University. Lastik currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of GO Sports and serves on the Board of Directors for the Downtown Orlando Partnership and the Greater Orlando chapter of WISE (Women in Sports & Events).

In 2024, she was recognized as a Sports Business Journal Gamechanger honoree. Her accolades also include being named an Orlando Business Journal COO Honoree and Women in Sports Leadership Award Honoree in 2023, as well as an Orlando Business Journal Women Who Mean Business Honoree in 2021. She was also named to the Orlando Business Journal’s Forty Under 40 in both 2014 and 2018.

Lastik was inducted into the Inaugural Class of the Slippery Rock University Sport Management Hall of Fame and is a proud graduate of the WISE Executive Leadership Institute.


Steph Heika
TREASURER

Steph Heika is a Senior Finance Manager at The Walt Disney Company, leading teams participating in financial planning processes including the Long-Term Strategic Plan, Annual Operating Plan, Capital Plan, and Forecasts. As a trusted thought partner across multiple disciplines, she has built strong cross‑functional relationships and is known for her collaborative approach and strategic insight. Throughout her Disney career, Steph has driven innovative business modeling, strengthened financial rigor, and fostered alignment across diverse teams. Passionate about growth and development, Steph actively mentors and contributes to the company’s finance transformation initiatives.

Steph holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a specialization in Accountancy and an MBA in Accountancy, both from Eastern Illinois University.


BOARD MEMBER

Latria Graham, also known as “The Brand Broker,” is a nationally recognized sports business executive and Founder of GLB Media Group, a strategic marketing and communications consultancy. With more than 22 years of experience leading brand strategy, public relations, and social impact initiatives, she has become one of Central Florida’s most trusted connectors across business, civic, pro athletes and philanthropic circles.

Since launching GLB Media Group in 2018, Graham has generated more than $1.6 million in revenue—outperforming national benchmarks for Black women-owned businesses—and produced award-winning campaigns for professional athletes and corporate clients. Her firm’s work has earned multiple NBA Community Assist Awards and national visibility on Good Morning America and ESPN SportsCenter. 

Previously, Graham spent 11 seasons with the NBA’s Orlando Magic franchise, where she led community relations, diversity activations, and corporate cause partnerships, helping the team rank third in the league for youth impact. She later served as lead consultant for the FIFA World Cup Orlando Human Rights Strategy and has partnered with organizations including the NFL, NCAA, and AdventHealth. In 2023, Graham was awarded the Women in Sports Leadership Award for executive leaders who have helped make the sports industry in Greater Orlando a success. 

Recognized by the Orlando Business Journal as one of Central Florida’s Most Influential Leaders, Graham is also a passionate advocate for mental health and community empowerment. 



BOARD MEMBER

Sari Kitelyn is the Director of Esports for Full Sail University and the owner of Greater Orlando XP League. For the past 18 years, she has successfully developed brand initiatives for Full Sail, including brand campaigns, community outreach projects, new business development, and strategic planning. Since 2016, Sari has been building Full Sail’s award-winning esports ecosystem.
 
Under Sari’s leadership, Full Sail Armada has been recognized as a finalist for the Collegiate Award at the annual Esports Awards, Collegiate Esports Program of the year by the Tempest Awards, and Most influential Gaming Community by Women in Games Global Awards. In 2022, Armada was recognized for their support of marginalized genders in gaming when they won the award for "Up and Coming Collegiate Team" by the *gameHERs awards.

Sari is also the co-founder of Esports and Coffee - a Twitch show and online community dedicated to supporting marginalized voices throughout esports and gaming, which she developed with other women advocating for more diversity in those spaces. 
 
A graduate of the University of Central Florida, Sari holds her bachelor’s degree in Political Science/Pre-Law and her MBA. She has also earned her Project Management Professional Certification (PMP). Sari is a member of WISE (Women in Sports and Events) and serves as the Vice Chair for the Wise Within Mentorship committee. She is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the National Association of Collegiate Esports and serves in mentorship roles for marginalized genders and communities.



BOARD MEMBER

Kyle Sturley is the Vice President of Marketing, Communications & Special Events for the Greater Orlando Sports Commission. In this role, she leads the organization’s marketing, PR/communications, website and digital media efforts, as well as supports major marquee events hosted or co-hosted by GO Sports. Most recently, she served as Tournament Director for the 2023 NCAA DI Men’s Basketball Championship 1st/2nd Round games hosted at Kia Center. She also oversees the annual Celebrating Women in Sports Luncheon and SPORTYS Awards that are owned and operated by the sports commission.

Sturley received her BA in Psychology from Michigan State University and M.S. Ed. in Sport Management from Old Dominion University. In addition to the WISE Greater Orlando board, she serves as Immediate Past Chairman for Orlando’s Downtown Arts District. 



BOARD MEMBER & 
GOVERNANCE COMMITTEE CHAIR

Amie Dugan is Senior Vice President, Special Olympics North America. She leads the Organizational Development team that provides guidance and oversight to the 85 Special Olympics Programs throughout the United States, Canada, Caribbean, from ensuring compliance to facilitating the operational and programmatic advancement and excellence of all Programs to further the mission and impact of Special Olympics. 
 
An accomplished, engaging, and versatile nonprofit leader, consultant, and sought-after speaker, Amie Dugan has 30 years of nonprofit experience, ranging from the grassroots to international levels of the sector. Prior to her current role, she established Special Olympics North America's Marketing and Communications division and led the department. Prior to that, she served as Vice President of Marketing and Communications for Special Olympics Florida for fourteen years. Amie was inducted into the Special Olympics Florida Hall of Fame in 2011.
 
Prior to Special Olympics, she worked for the Walt Disney World Company and the Juilliard School of Music. She earned her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Rollins College and holds a MMBA as well as a certificate in nonprofit management.
 
Amie is an instructor, consultant, and curriculum developer for the nonprofit governance certificate program and custom consultation programming at The Edyth Bush Institute for Philanthropy & Nonprofit Leadership at Rollins College. She is also a BoardSource certified nonprofit consultant.
 
In addition to the Board of Directors, Amie has served as a WISE Within mentor for multiple years.


BOARD MEMBER

Kaia (Forgét) Hyde is the Vice President of Community Impact & DEI for Orlando City SC and Orlando Pride. She joined the front office of the Club in 2015 as the former USL franchise played their first season in Major League Soccer, added a NWSL professional women’s team in 2016, and built a downtown soccer-specific stadium in 2017. She currently leads the Club’s corporate social responsibility strategy and also serves as the Executive Director of Orlando Soccer Foundation, Inc.

Originally from New Hampshire, Kaia attended Canisius College in Buffalo, NY on a Division I soccer scholarship where she earned a B.A. in Communication Studies. After graduation she completed an AmeriCorps service year in the Buffalo community before attending the University of Central Florida where she earned an M.A. in Mass Communication. She spent seven years working for Orange County Public Schools, three years with the Orlando Regional Chamber of Commerce, and seven years at the Edyth Bush Institute for Philanthropy & Nonprofit Leadership (EBI), a Center of Excellence at Rollins College’s Crummer Graduate School of Business.

In addition to serving on the board for WISE Greater Orlando, Kaia is also a Women United Advisory Council Member for Heart of Florida United Way and is a 100 Women Strong – Central Florida Member. 



BOARD MEMBER

Jaycelyn Puttick is the Executive Director of Strategic Partnerships at AdventHealth, where she shapes and advances mission-aligned strategic partnerships that come to life across Central Florida and beyond. Her work focuses on activating partnerships through sports, entertainment, and tourism to drive meaningful community health impact, including flagship partnerships with organizations such as Walt Disney World® Resort and the Orlando Magic.

With more than 25 years of experience across healthcare, sports, and entertainment, Jaycelyn brings a strategic and relationship-centered approach to partnership activation and execution. She began her career at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, where she spent nine years gaining experience in event management, sales, consumer marketing, and strategic partnerships. She later held a business development role with the LPGA, supporting sponsorship strategy and brand alignment through sports and events.

Jaycelyn is a founding member and board leader of WISE Greater Orlando (Women in Sports and Events) and serves on the Sports Advisory Board for the Kissimmee Sports Commission, where she contributes industry perspective to support the region’s sports and tourism ecosystem. She holds an MBA from the University of Central Florida and a bachelor’s degree in organizational communication and political science from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire.

She lives in Orlando with her husband, Scott, and their two daughters. Outside of work, she enjoys audiobooks, trying new recipes, spending time outdoors, attending Orlando sporting events, and supporting the performing arts. 


BOARD MEMBER

Marie Webb is the Sr. Director of Global Marketing Strategy for the Orlando Magic, where her focus is on developing fan engagement opportunities that create brand ambassadors around the globe beginning in Orlando and creating marketing campaigns that drive revenue for all lines of business. With a degree in Sport Management from the University of Massachusetts, her career began in marketing with Minor League Baseball teams in the Northeast. After four years as General Manager, she transitioned to the NBA with the Orlando Magic. Her experience includes team operations, business intelligence, game entertainment, public relations, community relations and event planning.

With a passion for innovation, she's been an active member of the Orlando Magic's Innovation Catalyst and All-Star teams, leading new initiatives that keep the brand on the forefront of marketing and technology in the world of sports.

She also serves as Vice Chair of Visit Orlando's Marketing Committee, using her experience in tourism marketing to help promote Orlando as a destination.

Marie lives with her husband, Pete, in Lake Mary. Outside of work, she enjoys playing golf, skiing and traveling.  



BOARD CHAIR LIAISON

Courtney Quintero is the Assistant Director of Client Services for the Orlando Magic. She leads the Client Services team and creates fan synergy with the Orlando Magic’s Loyal Blue Members. She has 10+ years of experience in the sports and entertainment industry.

Courtney started her career in ticket sales with Sporting Kansas City. She then went on to manage marketing and sponsorships with the Kansas City Sports Commission & Foundation/WIN for KC.  As she continued to grow her career, she managed premium accounts as the only Premium Fan Services Representative for the Philadelphia Union. Most recently, she was a Premium Account Manager at Madison Square Garden for the Knicks, Rangers, and all concerts/events at MSG prior to joining the Orlando Magic.

A native of Wilmington, Delaware, Courtney graduated with a B.A. in Communications and Journalism from Coastal Carolina University, where she played D1 soccer.  She and her husband, Gabriel, reside in Orlando with their son, Dominic, and daughter, Amelia.



GENERAL COUNSEL

Vered Yakovee founded Yakovee Law, P.A. through which she serves best-in-class professional and amateur sports properties. She was previously Vice President and Associate General Counsel for the Miami HEAT and Kaseya Center (then AmericanAirlines Arena) and Associate Team Counsel for the Boston Celtics. Prior to that, she was outside counsel for the Los Angeles Lakers, the Allstate Sugar Bowl, and other sports properties on a wide array of commercial transactions and risk management matters. 
 
Vered holds a J.D. from USC and a B.A. from the University of California San Diego. She taught Sports Law at USC, Boston College, and at ISDE in Madrid. She also lived on campus at a college in Greece where she taught international business law and coached the men's basketball team.
 
Vered is a member of the Board of Directors of the Sports Lawyers Association and the Governing Committee of the ABA Sports and Entertainment Forum. She is an active member of the Bar in the States of California and Florida and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and is the devoted mom of two sons.

Audra Wason is the Manager, Business Development for runDisney, leading strategy, brand initiatives, creative development, and communications. With 15 years at The Walt Disney Company, she also served as Marketing Manager for runDisney.

Audra earned both her bachelor's and master's degrees in Sports Management from West Virginia University.

EVENTS COMMITTEE VICE CHAIR

Maude Garrett Wolfe is a live events and marketing professional with over a decade of experience bringing large-scale experiences to life across entertainment, sports, and community spaces. From arena tours and televised productions to city festivals serving thousands, she thrives on turning complex logistics into seamless, meaningful experiences.

Passionate about collaboration and community impact, Maude is dedicated to building strong partnerships, supporting volunteer engagement, and helping organizations grow with intention. As Vice Chair on the Events Committee, she looks forward to contributing thoughtful leadership and fresh ideas that support the organization’s continued success. 



EVENTS COMMITTEE VICE CHAIR

Jessica Battaglia Wright is a highly accomplished and dedicated professional with a wealth of experience spanning nearly two decades in elite-level event management and operations. Her career is distinguished by a proven ability to strategically plan, execute, and oversee complex, large-scale initiatives within the high-stakes environment of sports and education. Currently, Jessica serves as the Director of Education Operations for USTA Coaching, a pivotal role in which she is responsible for the complete operational lifecycle of the organization's critical education initiatives. Prior to her current role, Jessica led the planning, execution, and strategic development of world-class competitions, including the US Open Wheelchair Championships and supporting USOPC-related events such as the Olympics and Pan Am Games. Jessica Battaglia Wright holds a Master's degree in Sport Management from Barry University and a Bachelor's degree in Sport & Exercise Science from the University of Florida.


MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS COMMITTEE CHAIR

Julie Kostic is an award-winning creative leader and Founder of JK Creative, an agency specializing in strategic branding and marketing for mission-driven organizations. With nearly two decades of experience, Julie has led creative projects for brands including Under Armour, National Parks Conservation Association, and American Cancer Society.

Julie is actively involved in Central Florida’s business community, serving on volunteer committees and providing pro bono design support, mentorship, and speaking engagements. She has been featured in outlets such as Canvas Rebel, Orange Appeal Magazine, Radio Business X, and on Season 4 of the docuseries The Blox.

Julie relocated from Maryland to Orlando in 2019 with her husband Andrew and three cats. Together they co-founded theorlandodinks.com, a blog and social media brand that covers things to see, do, and eat, in Florida (and beyond!).



MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS COMMITTEE VICE CHAIR

Christie Cloud is a business professional with over a decade of experience in strategic planning, business development, and project management. In Christie’s role as Business Development Manager at ESPN Wide World of Sports, she leads key business ventures that align with future growth strategies.

Christie’s undergraduate studies in Marketing and Accounting at the University of Kentucky provided a solid foundation for her career. Christie also received dual master’s degrees in Business Administration and Sport Business Management from the DeVos Sport Business Management Program at University of Central Florida.

In her spare time, Christie enjoys hiking, yoga, and cheering on the Kentucky Wildcats.


Reshina Warren Headshot
MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS COMMITTEE VICE CHAIR

Reshina Warren is the VP of Marketing & Social Media at the Women's Tennis Association (WTA). In her role she oversees the marketing and social media efforts, working to transform the WTA into a global sports and entertainment super brand.

Reshina previously worked and saw success as the Director of Social Media for the USTA and US Open. She has also worked for Walt Disney World Parks & Resorts, the Orlando Magic, and helped start a WNBA team in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Reshina has a degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas and a Masters in Sports Business Management and an MBA from the DeVos Sport Business Management Program.


MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS COMMITTEE VICE CHAIR

Shannon is a Guest Experience Manager for Arrival Operations and Ticketing at Walt Disney World, where she plays a key role in delivering memorable and high-quality experiences for guests at large-scale events at ESPN Wide World of Sports. In this role, Shannon blends strategic operations, hospitality excellence, and creative problem-solving to elevate service delivery across diverse event environments.

Shannon started her career as a Recruiting and Events specialist with USF Football and as a Marketing Content Fellow for the Tampa Bay Lightning. Throughout her career, Shannon has worked with various organizations both in marketing/social media and operations while also volunteering with the SEC, NCAA, NFL, TBSC and Savannah Bananas to broaden her understanding of different operational and guest experiences.

A former Central Michigan University Chippewa, Shannon earned her undergrad degree in Integrated Public Relations and Advertising before attending the University of South Florida as a part of the Vinik Sport and Entertainment Management Program. Shannon holds both an MBA and a MS in Sport and Entertainment Management and leverages her academic background to bring thoughtful insight and innovation to her work in the sports and entertainment industry.

In Shannon’s personal time, she enjoys being outside and if possible, on a beach. Often you can find her at a Disney theme park or at a coffee shop with friends.

MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS COMMITTEE VICE CHAIR

Olivia Friedley is a sports marketing and operations professional with experience across professional and collegiate athletics, including roles with FSU Football and the Orlando Magic. She brings a strong background in branding, content strategy, event operations, email marketing, and social media, with a passion for driving fan engagement and organizational growth. A Florida State University graduate, Olivia has been an active member of WISE for a little over two years and is excited to step into her new role as Vice Chair of the Marketing Committee, Email and Content, where she looks forward to supporting the organization’s continued impact and community.

MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE CHAIR

Brynne is an accomplished sports and events professional with 18 years of experience creating high-impact, large-scale experiences that drive engagement, loyalty, and community connection. She currently serves as Premium Service Manager for the Orlando Magic, where she facilitates fan experiences for premium season ticket holders. She focuses on retention-driven service, relationship management, and personalized engagement encouraging ticket holders to renew year after year.

Prior to transitioning into professional sports, Brynne spent six years as Sponsorship and Events Manager at Marine Corps Air Station, Miramar. There, she planned and executed events, enriching the lives of Marines and their families stationed on base. She also developed and managed corporate sponsorship partnerships, connecting brands with military audiences in meaningful, mutually beneficial ways.

Stephanie Marrone serves as the Senior Director of Data & Analytics at Florida Citrus Sports, where she leads the organization’s data strategy and analytics initiatives to drive informed decision-making, enhance operational performance, and support long-term growth. Stephanie has dedicated her entire professional career to Florida Citrus Sports, showcasing her passion and commitment to the organization’s mission of positively impacting the Orlando region while enhancing the quality of life in Central Florida through world-class events.

A proud graduate of Rollins College, Stephanie earned her undergraduate degree before pursuing her master’s degree at the University of Georgia. She is a diehard Georgia Bulldog fan. When she is not cheering for the bulldogs on the football field, she is chasing around her son, Cooper.

Tammy leads Walt Disney World Partnerships and Promotions for Disney Experiences where she and her team strategically engage and secure mutually beneficial partnerships and promotions that amplifiy the Walt Disney World brand reaching key audiences and driving park visitation to The Most Magical Place on Earth. Tammy’s oversight of work includes media promotions, sports sponsorships, and promotional events and activations. Tammy’s tenure at The Walt Disney Company encompasses working in other strategic roles on several lines of business in the marketing organization including Parks, runDisney, ESPN Wide World of Sports, Disney Meetings & Events and Disney Institute.

Tammy has served as a committee member for WISE Within and is currently the Sponsorship Chair.


Nan Anantravanich
SPONSORSHIP COMMITTEE VICE CHAIR

Nan Anantravanich works on the Strategic Partnerships and Marketing team at AdventHealth. In her role, Nan manages AdventHealth’s entertainment partnerships including Disney, Dr. Phillips Center, and LEGOLAND.

Prior to AdventHealth, she worked at the Orlando Magic and Disney. Her experience includes marketing, relationship management, strategic partnerships, and business development.

Nan is a graduate of the University of Missouri with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Chinese Studies. She loves all things Disney, traveling, and making memories with her family.
